Sylvie Spraakman is a Senior Water Resources Engineer at the City of Vancouver and has a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto where she studied the long term performance of bioretention systems. Sylvie works with JCUD to learn from the leading experts in urban drainage internationally, and to help mobilize and share knowledge.
